Appointment Policy
Cancellations
In the event that you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, please contact Dr. Njaa or Melissa directly at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.
Anything less than 24 hours notice and you may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Note: Life happens! If there are circumstances out of your control, such as sudden illness or a family emergency, exceptions to the policy may be accommodated.
Missed Appointments
We never double book appointment spots at Prairie Lake Chiropractic, so this is your time!
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified Dr. Njaa or Melissa at least 24 hours in advance, you will be subject to a cancellation fee.
